After T1(first shot),we will provide samples with dimension inspection report to customer. And project engineer will send some photos of samples and videos about mould trial process by e-mail. At the same time, he will send 5 samples to customer by express(such as Fedex, UPS,DHL,TNT etc.)for approval.

BT MOLD has a professional project management team.Our project engineers have many years experience in injection mould arena.They can communicate freely with clients in English.Once we receive the purchase order from customer, an experienced project engineer will be authorized to be responsible to follow up on the whole project. He will be the window between customer and BT.


we shall send the detail weekly progress report and digital pictures to our customers by e-mail on Thurday.It is very convenient for customer to control his project process.Every week,
